in lexington, which is smoke free, where i live, there are many establishments that draw huge crowds with live acts. all you
need is the right act and fan base, someone is not going to miss out on their favorite act simply because they are not allowed
to smoke in the venue. i know here the fine for bars allowing smokers is $500 per person. if you are taking on that kind of
financial hit, you wont need to worry about smoking laws, because you wont have a bar to enforce or not enforce them in.
also, your argument would be more effective if you or your webmaster had used a spell checker.
