People bitching about your forms need to realize that what you post will either bite you on the ass or prove that you are
above board.
When they ask for medical records etc and you fail to provide them - trust me, they will post about that on CL.
So far the only ones knocking you are the "Poster" bashers.
Keep up the good work! |

Subject: Received Response to IF KITTYKIND PROMISES MED CARE (Union Square)
you may be right but you are horrible. they are doing what they can. they do not always get all the information they need
so they cant relay it. They try to work with people to get cats to come back in for shots, traetments and spay/neuter during
a foster period.
why dont you try to do what they have done, see how successful you are.
To which Canagata Responded:
Why don't you read my website so that you can make an informed response? I worked with kittykind for over 7 years - I know
first hand of their misinforming the public. I was an adoption rep for them and when I told people interested in a cat about
the cat's medical history I was told that he wouldn't get adopted if I told people about it. It wasn't something "simple"
like Ringworm, in this case it involved a cat who had an inflammation of the Pancreas and was successfully treated with insulin
for it but this is something that needs to be told to whoever is adopting because it could flare up again. My vet advised
me of this when I bought in this cat I fostered for KittyKind and I was trying to pass the information along - trying to be
honest.
If their Foster follow up is improving, I'm glad to hear of it.
This is what I hope to get done by educating the public. Good to know the word is reaching the people who deal with KittyKind.
It will be better to hear that KittyKind becomes more ethical. Thanks for writing to me - I was curious about the content
of your flagged post.

Why don't you sue them for offering you the cat (Tiger) and offering to pay for his meds etc and then sending you the letter
saying they wouldn't do it? Is there a statute of limitations? |
