Comments: I just stumbled across your 730 Website - first let me say thanks!! Until today I had had ZERO luck finding any info on the 730 less that brochure that is always on Ebay. In any event your posting of the manuals is MUCH appreciated. I ran across a pathetic banged up little 730 last year - a flat tire & 50 years worth of abuse made for a sad little 3 wheeled scooter. But inspite of that I HAD to have it. Mine was missing batteries and had a broken controller amoung other things, but for 75 bucks I couldn't pass it up. I rigged the controller and threw 2 car batteries in there to scope it out - man it looked like just the perfect thing for the drag strip. We very casually race a FED and this scooter I was hoping might be able to pull it around the pits. If not it will still make the perfect parts/hot dog chaser. In any event, circumstances had me ignorring it for the last year (unwillingly) but I am FINALLY back to it. You can see how bad it was in the first pic - some yutz cut the wheel opening so I had to patch that. After a couple days of pounding dents and sanding it's ready for paint as we speak. As most I have seen the "gas" pedal was fubar, nothing a little TLC wouldn't straighten up. My bars are pretty sad - obviously been crashed a time or two. I got them close and will leave them for now, but ultimately I will fix/replace the upper piece as I get more time. In the meantime I just want to make it look presentable. My next big thing will be to re-cover the seat. I was hoping Dennis Carpenter might have those for the 730, but it really appears that these are the Red Headed stepchild of the Cushman line. Suits me just fine. Other than my buddy's yours is the first one I have seen - less one or two for sale (ridiculous prices) on ebay.
