Hello Jared,
I have been wanting to get into real estate investing for quite a while and finally convinced my wife to help me get started.
Our credit stinks and we're trying to get that cleaned up but with less than mediocre income and two kids and a mother inlaw
that we take care of, it will take some time.
That is why we want to get into realestate investing, but not sure how to do it with no money for down payments and such.
I see that you are from FT. Wayne, I'm just north of you up here in "Howe" Indiana, just south of Sturgis, Michigan.
I want to get into buying tax properties, and see if we can make money with that route.
Anyways you have a nice website and when I can afford your book, I may invest in it.
