Hey Stefano! Gallo Matese is my parents home town. My mother is a Chiodi, and father is Dipietrantonio. There are many of
us here in the NY tri state area. My family is very large and all from Gallo Matese. They came to this country in the 60's
and many of those that emigrated are still with us thankfully. I wonder not if but how we are related. My parents are going
to love the pictures on your site so thanks for those. |

Hi Stephano,
I'm just curios because my mother Angelantonia Marzucco, is from Gallo Matese, and her first cousins, DiPietrantonio" are
in New York ( the Bronx ansd also Manhatten ), my parents live in Montreal Canada, and there are more cousins of the "DiPietrantonio"
family in Montreal, that we have contact with. So it's seems that we are somehow related?
I had to write, because even though I was not born in Gallo,I remember visiting my grandfather there when I was young and
that is where my heart is. I'm in love with this town and my Mother has some land there and I plan to return and live there
as soon as I can. It's where I belong.
I'm just curious as to who you are exactly? My Mother would probably know if I tell her your parents names, she knows a lot
of the people that emmigrated to the US, in the 50's .

My parents (Domenico DiPietrantonio and Maria Perrino) are from Gallo Matese as well.

Hi Stefano: I came upon your website purely by accident. When I sarted reading I noticed that your grandmother's name was
Maria Perrino and she was from Gallo Matese!! It's not too often that I see that! I was born in Gallo and emmigrated to
Canada with my family. I currently live near Toronto, ON and just visited Gallo in 2005 where I saw my paternal grandmother
for the last time. My maternal grandmother was a Dipietrantonio. (I think everyone in Gallo was related) :) Anyway, I just
