East Coast ATV Snorkels does not warranty snorkel kits, or Custom ATV parts.  We will give no written or implied warranty as to the functionality of our products.  Snorkels are for show atv's, do not ride with them on.

East Coast ATV Snorkels is not responsible for any water or any damage of any kind from these kits or custom installs. 

Remember there is no full proof snorkel kit to keep water out of an ATV engine, CVT, or any other parts and causing damage.  Don't ride with snorkels on as body harm, ATV damage by going into deep water, mud, or any other obstacles will NOT BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EAST ATV COAST SNORKELS.
